Update

Ok, so we've nailed down most of the details and we have a few options for venues. But we can't make a final decision to move forward with one of them until we have a rough order of magintude for this reunion! Obviously we've got different options if 50 of you are planning on being there versus if 400 of you and your dates are planning on coming. So, now is the time to pipe up! This is not a firm committment necessarily. That will be needed when its time put your money down. But, this is where a "yes i will likely attend" or "no, i will likely not attend" kind of answer will be most appropriate.

Here are the details for you to make your decision:

• Saturday November 24th between the hours of 3pm and 8pm (2-3 hour cocktail hour, with heavy hors d'oeuvres and open bar, exact time TBD)
• In the Greater Rochester area (not in Webster, at this point)
• We are not going to let this thing get too expensive. The best estimate we have at this point is between $25-$35/head. We won't go above that.

If you do not get the evite, which will be sent out in the day or so, please email whs1997reunion10@gmail.com ASAP so it can be forwarded to you. If you know someone who was not on the evite or email list, please do 2 things: 1) send an email to the address noted above with the contact name and email address, and 2) use the evite feature of "invite more people" under the Guest Options box to the left of the screen.

Getting the word out is the first goal, getting everyone's contact info back to us is a close second, as that will make the ability to pass details and receive feedback happen a little more easily. We want to place a deposit at the venue within the week. Therefore, please reply to the evite as soon as possible.

Please note: we want to provide a place for all of us to gather, share our stories, and laugh! But we know that a cocktail hour won't suffice for deep connections with close friends. It is our hope that by having an early cocktail party, we've left open the later dinner and evening hours for you all to plan as you see fit....whether it be bar-hopping downtown with 20 people you haven't seen in 10 years, or a comfy dinner party for 8 with dear friends at Hedges. :)
